Welcome to Chatterbug Forms, a product of ChatterbugApps.com. By accessing or using Chatterbug Forms, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Chatterbug Forms is a form-building platform that integrates with WordPress and other services. It allows users to create, manage, and embed custom forms for a variety of use cases. These Terms govern your use of the Chatterbug Forms service, including any associated plugins and APIs.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. By using Chatterbug Forms, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and are authorized to enter into these Terms.

Chatterbug Forms offers a freemium model, with free and paid tiers. Paid services may be billed on a subscription or pay-per-use basis. Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Square or Authorize.Net.

• Use Chatterbug Forms for illegal, abusive, or malicious purposes.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the service.
• Transmit spam or collect sensitive information (e.g., credit card numbers) without proper safeguards.

Chatterbug Forms collects basic usage and metadata for analytics and service improvement. We do not access or sell form submission data. By using this service, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

Chatterbug Forms integrates with WordPress, Google reCAPTCHA, and third-party email and payment systems. You are responsible for complying with the terms of those services.

Some Chatterbug Forms features allow users to upload files directly to third-party storage services such as Google Drive. All file uploads occur directly from your browser to your connected storage account and are not transmitted, stored, or processed through Chatterbug Forms’ or Chatterbug Apps’ servers. Chatterbug Forms (owned and operated by Chatterbug Apps) has no access to uploaded files and assumes no liability or responsibility for the content, legality, accuracy, or security of any uploaded files. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any files you upload comply with applicable laws and the terms of your chosen storage provider. By using these features, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chatterbug Forms, Chatterbug Apps, and their affiliates, officers, and employees from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from the files you upload or the use or misuse of connected storage services.

Support is currently available in English only. While we aim to provide timely help, we do not guarantee 24/7 response times.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms or abuse the service. You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard or by contacting us.

The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for loss of data, profits, or other damages arising from your use of Chatterbug Forms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll notify you by email or via the platform. Your continued use of the service after any change means you accept the new Terms.
